Conditions of Hire |

1. Food/Refreshment by SNEC only. |
|||

2. Trade stands by agreement only. |
|||
|
3. All booking times must include allowance for set up and breakdown. |
|||
|
4. SNEC contact on call for emergencies only. |
|||
|
5. Set up & breakdown by hirer. |
|||
|
6. SNEC will be left in the condition it was received, otherwise a levy of £100 will be applied ie. litter, poop scoop, wheel barrows etc. |
|||
|
7. Arena rules to be strictly adhered to. |
|||
|
8. All bookings must be accompanied by a risk assessment form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire fee. |
|||
|
9. The hirer is responsible for obtaining suitable first aid to meet the event requirements. |
|||
|
10. Hirers to comply with any member of the SNEC team. |
|||
|
11. All prices relate to training/development events. Competition events will incur a service charge. |
|||
|
12. All horsescotland member bodies are entitled to a 15% discount, individual members 10% discount. |
|||
|
13. All breakages must be paid for. |
|||
|
14. Hirers are responsible for their own insurance, including insurance for cancellation. |

No refund of entries will be made if cancelled after the closing date for entries, or less than four days before an event if there is no closing date.
